The first person to find Anna Nicole Smith lying still in her bed says she appeared to have gone the way of Jimi Hendrix and choked to death on her own puke. Says Access Hollywood:

According to a credible source, an employee of Anna Nicole Smith found her in her room in the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida. The employee pulled back a sheet and discovered that she appeared to have choked on her own vomit.

The same source claims that Smith took what was referred to as a "children's sedative," and had "kept passing out" before her death.

the nurse who was there with her, the bodyguard's wife said that when the toxicology report is finished the truth would come out and that could be the smoking gun. it doesn't sound like choking was the cause from that comment. someone could be responsible for her death and trying to be another OJ or Robert Blake.I think money was the cause of o lot of this and what is taking them so long with the toxicology test? this is rediculous! they are adding to the family's pain! it doesn't take that long to do a test if you know what you are doing. This is a serious issue here.The woman needs to be laid to rest.Solve the problem and move on for PETE'S SAKE!They are dragging on for publicity reasons and reasons of money. I say nip it in the bud and let it go!!!!
