Believe her or not, but Lauren Conrad is laughing off rumors of her sex tape with Jason Wahler. Conrad firmly told US Magazine that “There is no sex tape that exists.”

But it seems we've heard this story before. Didn't Kim Kardashian say the same thing on her sex video? Oh yeah, she did. This is all part of the three steps to maing a sex tape:

First: Get super nasty on cam. Always film the gnarly stuff. One night stands are best.

Second: Leak tips to the media and deny it hard core. Make sure the dude in the video gets trashed so he looks like a sleezy profiteering whore.

Third: Roll in the money and fame that comes along with sluttin' out for the world to see.
