Paris Hilton still likes to get stoney! Paris -- who claims to have never ever not even once used used ny drugs -- just wants a little R&R huh.

Says one standing-in-liner at Teddy's: "She took a huge puff off of a joint, then opened the door and exhaled the pot smoke basically in my face."

It all started late on a saturday night, Said who's got the spliffs and who's got the pint? (Thx Slightly Stoopid.)
