D.A.: Lindsay Lohan Doesn't Do Enough Cocaine

The L.A. District Attorney says Lindsay Lohan doesn't do enough cocaine to be awarded a felony. According to this guy, Lindsay needs to snort, like Justin Hawkins amounts of cocaine, if she wants anything above a misdemeanor. The rehabbing actress has been charged with seven misdemeanors, including:

-- Two counts each of driving under the influence
-- Driving with a blood-alcohol level above .08%
-- Being under the influence of cocaine
-- One count of reckless driving

According to TMZ, Lohan actually did herself a favor by getting busted twice in such a short period. Turns out government people take that as 'having a problem.' Riiiiight.

Update: Lindsay received one day in jail for her cocaine and booze induced hit-and-run second offense DUI.
