Denise Richards is a ruthless ex! The former Miss Sheen sent her assistant to spy on Charlie -- by court order. The court is requiring that Sheen use a nanny specifically chosen by mommy Denise. So she sent her personal assistant! SO mean, we love it! Here's Charlie:
