Gary Busey, Jan, William Katt in Big Wednesday
Big Wednesday star Jan-Michael Vincent, barely able to speak after a busted vocal chord from a car crash, is giving an interview on his life as a gutterpunk alcoholic for the last 15 years. Jan fell for the booze so hard he has barely been able to function the last decade. Take for example how he responds to a question his near fatal accident: "Y'know, I have no idea what you're talking about. I don't remember being in an accident."
Watch The Insider next week to catch the interview.

I watched every episode of airwolf when I was a kid and now recently I rented all the episodes from airwolf again thru blockbuster online, I loved the show then and I still love the show now, If Jan Michael Vincent could just clean up and get back into movies or t.v. series again I think he would be a great actor as he was back in the good old days.

What a tragic rise and fall form such a promising talent. I never figured he was the brightest bulb in the chandalier, but the result of his choices are so sad.
At least Hollywood allows us to remember him as he was - the biggest star of his time.
I recently saw the interview with JMV on you tube. It was sad too see him in that state. Growing up he was my fav "heartthrob" I even now own the airwolf series and some of his movies. I wish he could clean up his act and get back to acting. I know as one of his many fans we would like to see him return to tv and movies:)
Hi,
I have been a Jan fan for almost 20 years now. Just loved the series Airwolf and still do (after an interruption of some years but the due to the DVD releases Airwolf came into my mind again). I also saw the Insider interview. I had known that Jan was having problems with alcohol but I did not know that it is that bad. The interview made me crying. To me he was the best looking man in the world. When I look at pictures from him during the Airwolf period, it still takes my breath away. I hope he is doing okey now, manages it to stay sober and can enjoy live a little bit. Would love to see him again sometime.
