Britney Spears is in Cedars-Sinai hospital on a "medical hold" after a hysterical stand-off with police and Kevin Federline's bodyguards. Britney is said to have been high on something. Not weed! I'm guessing pills or wine. Damn wine.

Britney wouldn't give her kids to K-Fed, even though the court ordered he have full custody. She was tied to a gurney and hauled off. She smiled and laughed the whole way. She's nuts!
