Well... not quite. Ha! Ha! But it's coming really soon. Like two months. Exclusively through Best Buy. Guns n Roses manager Andy Gould told a Best Buy convention that Chinese Democracy will be coming to their stores on November 25th, and then he played three songs from the record. Rolling Stone is there:

Cellphone recordings of the event were later distributed through GNR fan forums. Gould also reportdly alerted the crowd that “If The World” would also be featured in the closing credits for the upcoming Leonardo DiCaprio/Russell Crowe film Body of Lies, which was confirmed by message boarders on movie websites (like IMDB) who happened to catch a press screening of the film yesterday. The number of witness accounts, evidence and message boards involved makes it hard to believe this is all just a hoax, but this is Axl Rose we’re talking about, so we’ll believe it when the press release reaches our inbox.

too bad its already on my desktop...two months ago! Maybe axl was trying to keep it rad- took 9 years for it to leak. Anyhow' keep it kill it RAD REPORT!!

I'm looking forward to it. I don't know what to expect. There's no way it will be Appetite For Destruction caliber IMO, but I'll give it a chance for sure.
