Ok this is getting out of control. The City of Los Angeles' Mayors Office is declaring July 31st as "Motley Crue Saints of Los Angeles Day."

I'm a Motley fan and all, but is this a joke??? How much did they have to pay for this one??

This the same band with the sex tapes, overdoses, DUIs, arrests and vehicular manslaughter, right?
