How Much Weed Is The Legal Amount Of Weed?

The State of Oregon has ruled how much marijauna a medical marijauna user can have with him or her at any given time. Other states could use Oregon's decision as a basis for their own limits. The ruling was set in 60-day increments. So a person can have X amount of weed to max out his 60-day supply. The ruling came after complaints started filing in because the previous law was super vague. It pretty much just said someone can have a '60 day supply' and it is up to the doctors, cops and patients to debate what that really means. The 60-day of medical marijauna in the State of Oregon is.....

"24 ounces of usable marijuana plus 15 plants. Those who need more marijuana to manage their pain will have to prove they need it — though how they would do that remains unclear."
